De Raad van bestuur beschikt over de meest uitgebreide bevoegdheid om op te treden namens de welzijnsvereniging. Dat is onder andere:
- het opnamebeleid
- het toewijzingsbeleid en eventuele voorrangsregels
- de wijziging van de dienstverlening.
- het vaststellen van de meerjarenplanning en de aanpassingen ervan
De Raad van Bestuur bestaat uit 3 leden. De Raad van Bestuur vergadert 2 keer per maand.
